项目背景
中国经济的持续增长，中国已经成为世界第二大经济体。中国大企业海外建分公司及中国公司的国际化需求，使得中国企业对外国雇员的需求大幅提升，中国经济的发展也使得中国的薪酬能够达到国际雇员的期望。部分新兴行业仍有大量海外人才的缺口，某些国家在某些领域，已经发展得比较先进和完善，中国在相应领域中还需持续注入新鲜的思想和力量。海外人才最大的优势在于熟悉国际市场操作及国际事务管理、拥有国际化的专业知识。同时企业也很看重具备创新能力、团队合作能力、跨文化交流的能力的海外人才。海外人才的引进，将有利于企业降低运营成本，增强海外竞争力。
项目介绍
China Job Program为期6个月，汉语+实习课程+优秀公司的实习岗位，经过我们的课程，未来，如在中国企业求职，会使学生从广大的海外求职者中脱颖而出；如在本国企业求职，也可以积累丰富的中国工作经验，使得学生将来回国就业时更具有竞争力。前三个月为语言学习和实习系列课程，后三个月安排学生到公司及企业实习。
第一阶段：
完成前3个月的课程，具体包括听说、读写、实习系列课、语言实践课（去中国公司参观）。
第二阶段：
到中国的公司或企业完成为期3个月的实习，根据学生所学专业进行安排，通过项目、校方和学生三方的共同努力，力使学生在实习结束的同时，实现与公司或企业签署工作协议。
项目目标
China Job Program意在缓解部分外国留学生的就业压力，使具有多语言能力、有中国企业实习经历的外国留学生在求职时，更具竞争力。提供顶尖的企业实习机会，实习表现优秀者，我们可以协助学生与企业或公司签订工作协议，协助办理工作签证。China Job Program的目标，就是成功地使我们的毕业生能有针对性地匹配上中国大企业及公司这些对外人才需求的缺口。

北京联合大学(Beijing Union University)是1985年经教育部批准成立的北京市属综合性大学，其前身是1978年北京市依靠清华、北大等大学创办的36所大学分校。是北京市重点建设的应用型人才培养基地，也是北京地区规模最大的高校之一。
学校拥有14个校区，分布在北京的6个城区，形成了以北四环校区为中心，集中与分散相结合的办学布局。校本部位于交通便利的国家奥林匹克体育中心东侧北四环校区。占地约900余亩，校舍面积约40万平米，图书馆藏书近235万册。专任教师近1600人，全日制在校生近3万人，其中本科生2万余人，高职高专生近6000人、外国留学生1500多人以及一定数量的硕士研究生。学校还有各类成人教育学生4000多人。

项目实习
实习结束后由实习企业或者公司提供实习证明，实习期间薪酬多为2000-3000元人民币之间/月，工作时间多为9：00-18：00。
项目学分
实习结束后，由北京联合大学开具结业证书、成绩单及学分证明。

·申请者须为年满18周岁－30周岁持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行良好，愿意遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。
·汉语程度要求：零基础—HSK6级学生的都可申请，汉语程度HSK5级以上学生可选修英文课程。

录取程序
·对符合上述申请条件者，将寄《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）。
·被录取者持上述材料到中国驻外使领馆申请来华学习签证（X2签证）或者L签证，到京《外国人体格检查记录》申换加注可以工作实习的居留许可证。
·根据《录取通知书》规定日期到我校报到、注册、办理保险和交纳学费。
·中途退学者，学费不退。未按时报到者，学费不减。
·无论申请者是否被我校录取，所有提交的申请材料将不予退还。
住 宿
统一安排校内留学生宿舍的双人间，如需单人间者可根据学校统一收费自行缴纳差价部分。

Program Background
China’s continuous economic growth has made China the world’s second largest economy. With more Chinese large enterprises establishing oversea branches and Chinese companies’ international demands, Chinese enterprises’ demands for foreign employees have greatly increased. Meanwhile, due to the development of China’s economy, the remuneration in China can meet the expectation of international employees. Some emerging industries are still facing a large gap in overseas talents. In some other counties, certain emerging fields have undergone a relatively advanced and complete development; while in China, these fields still need continuous infusion of fresh ideas and powers. The biggest advantage of overseas talents lies in that they are familiar with the operation of international market and the management of international affairs. And they boast international professional knowledge. Moreover, companies also greatly value overseas talents who are equipped with innovation capacity, team-work ability, and cross-cultural communication capability. Bringing in overseas talents is conducive to lower operational costs and increase overseas competitiveness for companies.
The Introduction of the Program
China Job Program will last for 6 months and provides courses including Chinese, internship curriculum and internships in outstanding companies. Through our course, students can easily stand out among a large number of overseas job hunters if they choose to seek jobs in Chinese companies. And if they would like to find jobs in their domestic companies, they can also accumulate rich working experience in China, rendering them more competitive when they seek jobs back in their own countries. The first three months are mainly language study and a series of internship curriculum, and during the second three months, we would arrange students to take up internships in companies and enterprises.
The first phase: complete the first three months’ curriculum, which includes listening and speaking, reading and writing, internship courses, and language practice courses (visiting Chinese companies).
The second phase: take up three-month internships in Chinese companies or enterprises, which are arranged according to students’ majors. Through the joint efforts of the program, the university and students, we would like to see that students can successfully sign job contracts with companies or enterprises at the end of their internships.
Program Target
China Job Program aims to alleviate the employment pressure for some of overseas students, and make those who have multi-language competence and internship experience in Chinese companies more competitive in seeking jobs. The program provides top-notch enterprise internship opportunities. For those who have demonstrated excellent performances during their internships, we can assist these students sign job contracts with companies or enterprises, and help them apply for work visa. The target of China Job Program is to successfully make our graduates pertinently fill in the overseas talent gap of large companies and enterprises in China.

An Introduction of the Program Undertaking University
Beijing Union University
Beijing Union University, established upon the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 1985, is a comprehensive municipal university of Beijing, BUU originated from over 30 branch campuses attached to such universities as Peking University and Tsinghua University. BUU is Beijing’s key training base for cultivating high-quality practical talents, and is one of the largest universities in Beijing.
BUU has 14 campuses, which distribute in 6 districts of Beijing with the North Forth Ring Campus as the center, thus forming a both concentrated and distributed layout. It main campus lies in the North Forth Ring Campus which is at the east side of National Olympic Sports Center and has very convenient transportation conditions. BUU covers an area of more than 900 hectares. School premises occupy about 400,000 square meters. The library has a collection of approximately 235,000 books. BUU has about 1,600 full-time teachers, and about 30,000 fulltime students, among which, more than 20,000 students are undergraduates, about 6,000 are higher vocational college students. The university also has more than 1,500 overseas students and a certain number of Master Degree Candidates. BUU has more than 4,000 adult education students of various kinds. In BUU, 5 first-rate disciplines are authorized to confer master degrees: Archaeology, Computer Science and Technology, Food Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, and Business Administration, and the second-rate discipline – Specialized History is also authorized to confer master degrees, altogether covering 22 second-rate disciplines. In 2012, BUU established two post-doctoral research workstations with the cooperation of the brother university, In recent years, 5 departments have been approved as National First-Rank Characteristic Discipline Development Centers; 4 courses are listed as national excellent courses; 9 textbooks are ranked as national high-quality textbooks. Meanwhile, BUU has constructed 1 innovative national talent-cultivating experiment area, 1 national experiment teaching demonstration center, 1 national off-campus practical education base and 1 national teaching team.
BUU successfully integrates international education with localized education, and allows students receive advanced international education within the campus. The international education of the university has attracted students from all over the world. Each year, more than 1,500 overseas students from over 50 counties study in BUU. Students can experience an international atmosphere overflowing on the campus, and can feel the surrounding exotic cultures.
The Program Internship
After the internship, the company or the enterprise will provide internship certificate. The remuneration during internship is about 2000 to 3000 yuan per month, and the working time is usually 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 a.m.
Credits of the Program
After the internship, BUU will formulate the program-completion certificate, report card and credit certification.

Application Requirements
The applicant should be non-Chinese citizens who are between 18 to 30 years old and have valid foreign passports. The applicant should enjoy a good health, have a good behavior, and is willing to abide by Chinese government’s laws and the school’s rules and regulations. The applicant should also respect Chinese people’s manners and customs.
Requirement on the Student’s Chinese Level: From students who have no previous Chinese training to those who have passed HSK6 are all capable of application. Students whose Chinese level is above HSK5 can take English courses as elective courses.
Application time
Application time: The application deadline for spring semester ends on Jan. 30 and the application deadline for autumn semester is on Jul. 5.
Application Materials
Materials required in application (only Chinese or English materials are acceptable):
• Admission Application Form
• Certificate of the last academic degree (or Certificate of Employment)
• The photocopy of the student’s passport
• Four recent bareheaded photos3*4 (with white background, electronic version)
• Application fee: 500 yuan (a one-time fee and is not refundable)
Enrollment Procedure
• We will send the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201) to those applicants who are in accordance with the above mentioned requirements.
• Applicants who have been enrolled should to apply for the student visa (X2 Visa) or L visa to Chinese Embassy with the above mentioned materials. Fill in the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner in Beijing to apply for the residence permit certificate that allows foreigners to work and take internships in Bejing.
• According to the specified date on the Admission Notice, students should come to our university to check in, register, underwrite insurance and pay tuition.
• No refund of tuition would be available for those who drop school midway andthose who do not register on time.
• All application materials submitted will not be returned, no matter whether the applicant is enrolled or not.
Accommodations
According to the school’s arrangement, students will take up the two-bedroom foreign students’ dormitories on campus. Those who need sing rooms should voluntarily pay for the price difference according to the university’s standard.
